Welcome to the Roster Intake System!

The Roster Intake System provides a convenient way to track your graduate student funding nominees and recipients. You are able to review, edit, and finalize your funding rosters within the system.

The Graduate School Finance office will review rosters submitted here and provide eligibility information for use during your recipient selection process.

Graduate School Finance will use finalized academic year rosters in the Roster Intake System to generate annual financial support letters during reenrollment.

Funding types tracked by this system:

• competitive Princeton fellowship awards
• DCE funding from the Graduate School and campus partners
• summer teaching fellows

Funding types NOT tracked by this system:

• casual hourly appointments (JobX)
• paid external opportunities and internships (External Opportunity System)
• graduate research, travel, or conference funding (SAFE)
• external fellowship funding (External Fellowship Form)
• funding awarded by academic departments (Labor Accounting)
• funding for graduate student activities and clubs (SAFE)
